Payments can be made via cheque, e-transfer, credit card or cash.
If you have a private medical insurance, NL Counselling may be able to direct bill for services delivered. This will be dependent on the conditions of your group plan. If you can provide the insurance company name, your group and ID numbers, we can do a pre-determination of coverage benefits.
If you are referred through a company Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for which NL counselling is a contracted service provider, billing will be as per that contract agreement.
